What does 14K,18K and 24K gold plated jewellery mean?

Gold-plated jewellery is a process in which a thin layer or 14K, 18k & 24K Gold is coated over a base metal, such as stainless steel or brass.

What are the payment options?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept cheques or wire transfers.

We’re confident you’ll love our products as much as we do! But if something isn't right, we offer 14 day hassle free returns.

Please just follow these steps:

  1. Let us know - just email us at support@etereobynikita.com.au quoting your order number, reason for the return, and whether you’d like a refund or store credit.

  1. Post the item back within 14 days of purchase, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all tags attached), at your cost.

  1. We’ll check that’s all in order, and we’ll process the refund ASAP (excluding return shipping costs) via your original payment method.

Please note we can’t offer refunds on sale items, but we are happy to exchange sizes or issue store credit. This includes items purchased through online specials, sales, and discount codes.

Can I wear my jewellery while exercising/swimming & showering?

To maintain the beauty of your items please removes items before exercising, swimming and showering. Please be sure to avoid harsh chemicals and perfumes as these may effect the plating of the jewellery and cause tarnishing or discolouration.

In this case we are not responsible for the maintenance of your jewellery and we are not responsible to replace or refund your item. This is not considered a fault as damage has been caused while wearing the item.
 

Additionally, while strong, our jewellery is still fine and delicate and will break if pulled during vigorous activities.

What if I entered the incorrect shipping address?

You are responsible for entering in your delivery details correctly. If you have entered the wrong address, please contact support@etereobynikita.com.au immediatley, quoting your order number and details.

We will endeavour to change this for you only id the order has not been processed and shipped. If your order has already been processed and shipped we are unable to change the details. We suggest that you contact your local delivery service to redirect mail or collect your parcel
